Welcome to the HRzilla Extension, a tool designed to assist individuals in assessing their job application compatibility. By using this extension, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions ("Terms").
HRzilla provides an extension for individual users to evaluate the relevance of their CVs for specific job postings. By uploading your CV and selecting job postings, the extension provides a matching score and an explanation of the score based on the job description.
Users must register and log in via Google Sign-In.
Users agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.
This extension is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. Any use of the extension for business purposes or by organizations is strictly prohibited.
All content and software within the HRzilla Extension, including algorithms, text, and graphics, are the exclusive property of HRzilla. Users may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the extension without prior written consent from HRzilla.
You retain ownership of any content you upload (e.g., CVs). By using the extension, you grant HRzilla permission to process and analyze this content to provide the matching service. HRzilla does not store CVs beyond the analysis duration. The user's CV is stored in the local storage of the user's browser.
HRzilla disclaims all liability for outcomes resulting from the use of the extension, including employment decisions made based on the provided score. The matching score is an aid only and should not be considered a guarantee of success in the hiring process.
Users agree not to upload any false, illegal, or inappropriate content. HRzilla reserves the right to terminate access for users who violate these Terms or use the extension unlawfully.
HRzilla reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the extension if the User fails to comply with these Terms or if HRzilla reasonably believes that the User’s use of the extension violates any applicable laws or regulations.
HRzilla reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the extension after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
